The accommodation (sleeps 3/4) is all on one floor and laid out as follows:
- A private entrance.
- A main living/dining room with colour TV, convertible bed for 2 persons & 2 single beds.
- A kitchen area (gaz hob & oven,
fridge).
- A double bedroom.
- A shower-room(shower/hand basin/WC).

The garden & S/pool are shared with the owner.

Outdoor furniture/barbecue - Pets are allowed but please consult us

Renting Conditions

- Our weekly accommodation starts on a saturday 16 pm till a saturday 10 am.
- Rates are including water, gas, ans electricity but not the cottage's heating.
- The number of guests shall not exceed 4 persons unless otherwise mutually agreed with the owner.
- A deposit of 25% of the rent shall be asked for upon reservation.
- A security deposit amounting 100 € (in cash) shall be collected upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay if no cause to retain it is found.
- Pets are allowed:please consult the owner.
- The house linen can be provided at an extra charge of 5 €/person/week.
